Privacy notice

This website is run by Jenny Nazarova, a live event illustrator based in London. This page explains what happens to the details you send through the enquiry form.

What I collect

The details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and the information about your event (type, date, venue, guest numbers and your message). I also note which page you sent the enquiry from and, when you arrive through an advertisement or a link, where you came from.

Why I use it

Only to answer your enquiry, send you a quote and arrange the event if you decide to book. I do not send marketing emails and I do not sell or share your details.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are delivered to my email inbox and stored on the server that hosts this website. Email is handled by my email provider. Access is limited to me and the people who maintain the website.

How long

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows, and no longer than 24 months after your last message unless we work together and I need the records.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the details I hold about you, or to stop using them, by writing to Nazarova.jenny@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how I handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
