I draw guests live at your party. Each one takes home a portrait made for them.
At 6–8 portraits an hour, a two-hour booking covers roughly 12–16 guests. For a bigger party we plan more hours or a quicker style, and I will say so in the quote.
Pricing
- Rates start from £200 per hour (Minimum 2 hours). Each project is priced individually depending on its scope and requirements.
- Guests are illustrated live during the event, with each portrait taking around 8–10 minutes to complete. Throughout the hour, I can usually create 6–8 individual sketches. Each guest leaves with their own hand-drawn keepsake, created especially for them on the day.
- Any additional materials, such as specialty paper or specific art supplies required for the project, are charged separately.
- Travel expenses across the UK and abroad charged separately.

How much does a live illustrator for a Christmas party cost?
My live illustration service starts from £200 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Each party is different, so the final quote depends on the duration, the number of guests and the illustration style. Travel and any special materials are quoted separately.
How many guests can you draw at one party?
Each portrait takes approximately 8–10 minutes, so I usually create 6–8 portraits an hour, which is roughly 12–16 guests in a two-hour booking. For a bigger party we plan more hours or a quicker style in advance, so the evening runs to your schedule.
How do guests receive their illustrations?
Hand-drawn illustrations are presented to guests straight away, giving them a one-of-a-kind keepsake to take home from the event. For digital illustrations, the experience can be tailored to your event: they can be printed on-site or made available for guests to download via a QR code. We can discuss the best option in advance to suit your event format and style.
Can the portraits match our party theme or company branding?
Yes. The illustration style and technique can be customised to suit your event, and portraits can carry your company logo or event branding. We agree the details before the party.
Do you travel outside London?
Absolutely. I'm available for events across the UK and internationally. Travel and accommodation, where required, are quoted separately depending on the location.
